You may begin move-in Wednesday, March 13 at 9:00am.

The exhibit space is in Ballrooms F-J.

Move-in must be completed by 2:00pm.

Exhibit hours: Wednesday, March 13, 3:00pm - 7:00pm.

1. All packages can be delivered 3 business days before the event.

2. All packages should have the name, Kristen Burckhardt, and the event name clearly on the label (AQL Midwest). This will help with locating packages within the shipping and receiving department. Please deliver to:

Oak Brook, IL, 60523.

3. Once confirmation/ tracking numbers are provided to you, please email them to Kristen Burckhardt (kburckhardt@oakbrookhillsresort.com)

4. Any packages that need to be shipped out after the event need to be prepackaged and left with the return labels already on each package(s). Please note that the Hotel will not package up boxes left open for liability reasons. This must be done by the contact themselves.

5. Please inform Show Management of any FedEx or UPS pick-up orders so the hotel can properly prepare.

6. The hotel loading dock is open for deliveries Monday – Friday 8am -3pm and closed on weekends. 

7. All charges will be applied for receiving and shipping based on amount per package being shipped to Hotel: 

$300.00 Per pallet
$50.00 Per crate or display case
$5.00 Per box
