When is AQUA Live: Spring Training 2024?

The show will take place March 11-15 at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center, not far from Chicago O’Hare Airport.

Who is the show intended for?

This specific event is for Midwest-located pool and spa professionals who are looking to learn, collaborate, and have fun — all while relating to the various challenges maintaining pools in the Midwest can bring! (People are welcome to attend from anywhere in the country, though!)
Where can I get information about where to stay?

The event takes place at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center, located at 3500 Midwest Road, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523. A limited number of rooms are available for $139 per night plus applicable taxes.
What is the dress code?

During the day, business casual. During evening hours, dress comfortably for spring Midwest weather, and while indoors, make sure to dress for air conditioning.
What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your registration, please submit your request in writing to questions@aquamag.live. You can transfer the registration to another delegate or request a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds. For cancellations received on or after February. 15, 2023, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. If AQUA Live: Spring Training does not take place, a full refund will be offered, or you can transfer your registration to the 2025 show.

Who sponsors the event?

AB Media Inc. in Madison, Wis., publisher of AQUA Magazine. The event is co-hosted alongside the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance.
Important! Do you have a REAL ID-compliant license?

The REAL ID Act goes into effect in 2025. On May 7, 2025, every air traveler, age 18 and older, will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or another acceptable form of ID (like a passport or U.S. military ID) for boarding commercial aircraft. Generally, if your license has a star in the upper right-hand corner, it's a REAL ID, but check your state driver's license agency to make sure. For more information, visit the TSA website.
