He is the former CEO of aquatic design firm Counsilman-Hunsaker, where he grew the company's revenue by a factor of 10, opened four new offices and in 2012, sold the firm to his employees for cash. Here he provides a three-part afternoon workshop for those who are considering, or beginning to consider, a plan for stepping away from the business and transitioning to new leadership.
